Mrs. Preetha Rajesh, the administrator of VEMS, is a great leader, who is very accurate in decision making and is appreciated for her presence of mind and timely execution of affairs.
Her dynamism and well balanced educational approach has run the extra mile to create mind boggling records and laurels of a capable administrator. She is a multifaceted personality with long expertise and experience in different areas. She is highly praised for her quick to respond and her dedication for the school activities, taking care of each and every aspects of the school.
She is an efficient organizer of activities and co-ordinated many major functions of the school. She is fully committed and rendered her service at all times for the development of the school. She is a good supporter and a critic and aims to bring productive changes in the school. Her presence spreads the aroma of positivity to the members of VEMS.

Our principal, Mrs SOUMYA VIKAS is not only our leader-but the sculptor of human character, a seasoned scholar and the navigator of the flagship of Knowledge. She is self –made, disciplined and organized.
She is highly responsible person and active in every aspects of school functioning which she managed to accomplish with extreme professionalism. She is attempting to make drastic changes for the benefit of children. She promotes a positive learning environment that maximizes the potentials of pupils in the cognitive, physical aesthetic, social and moral domains, to achieve excellence in every walks of education in her institution. She has always given equal importance to academics, creativity and values. She is a passionate teacher leaving deep impressions in the students.

English Teacher
She is having more than 9 years of experience in teaching field.She is committed to make a positive impact on learning level of children.
She focuses on making learning easy and engaging with personalized methods and interactive sessions.She is having.great communications skills, confidence to deliver a great lesson plan and she is not afraid of the challenges which comes in her way.
Maths Teacher
She is a great teacher who teaches students about the broad field of mathematics, She also guides students as they work on more advanced material such as algebra, geometry, statistics , probability, trigonometry and calculus.
She provides additional teaching support to slow learners. She does not discriminate children, conquers their minds, makes learning fun, and guides them forward
ACADEMIC CO-ORDINATOR
She has master’s degree in physics and B.Ed in physical science .She has more than 13 years of experience in teaching field. As an academic coordinator , she supports the school by managing various aspects of the school curriculum, supports students, coordinates with faculty and staff, and maintains the quality and efficiency of academic activities.
She is a wonderful Kg teacher who creates an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and motivated .She is always willing to invest the time and effort needed to help students reach their goals.
She is able to communicate with the students using a variety of methods, including speech, gestures, and dance.
PHYSICAL TRAINER
He has a clear understanding and knowledge about the subject he is teaching. He is sufficiently qualified in the field of teaching.
He strongly believes that teaching is not just about giving lectures and notes,more than that it’s about creating an emotional bond with the students.He has strong bond with his students making him the favourite among the students.
KG Teacher
She responds to the students’ needs creatively She has the ability to guide the child's activities using self- directed learning methods incorporating play and fun.
She is a teacher who is able to interact patiently with children, and treat them gently. She passionate about teaching and committed to helping students learn and grow.
Computer Teacher
She inspires and engages the students with learning that helps them to understand the real-world applications of CS.She is having the ability to Integrate technology into the curriculum.She helps the students to develop their skills to use technology very effectively.
She has a true passion for teaching, and always excited to share this enthusiasm with her students.
Arabic Teacher
She has a strong knowledge about Arabic language and culture. She is patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching.
Malayalam Teacher
She is having 15 years of experience in teaching field.. She has Graduation in malayalam with B.ed She can teach Malayalam in a friendly manner using simple methods ,so that Children won’t feel bored in her class,.
Her teaching method is different and students feel interested to take up new challenge on their own by the confidence they get feel.
Hindi Teacher
She has Graduation in Hindi with B.ed .She has strong hindi language skills, both oral and written, as well as good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
She is having more than 20 years of teaching experience.. She has Graduation in malayalam with B.ed. She is Very patient and very calm, She teaches the children with love,and care.
STAFF SECRETARY
She has a master’s degree in literature with B.Ed.She has 10 years of experience in teaching field. She has been with VEMS for the past 7 years. She guides students in developing their linguistic ability to express themselves clearly and effectively in various situations. She creates a vibrant learning environment where students develop a deep appreciation for language and literature.
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer software, time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor has led her to the position of staff secretary of this school.
She is a fantastic KG teacher who creates a very friendly environment for the children, enabling them to overcome their fears and hesitations related to separation anxiety.
She supports children so that they develop a love of learning and prepare them for a formal school education. She is versatile and passionate towards her work .She is able to connect, with students which enables her to empathise with students and inspire them.
She is having 6 years of experience in teaching field.She teaches Hindi language and share information on Hindi culture. She helps children efficiently in reading, writing and speaking in Hindi.
She is delighted to teach children and helps them to achieve their learning goals. Her teaching methods are very fun and interactive as she includes several activities to improve children’s language and develop confidence. She has a comprehension of Hindi poetry and literature that she uses to share cultural insights with her students.

She is a kindergarten teacher who is passionate about nurturing and facilitating the intellectual and social development of children.
She enjoys working with small children and watching them explore and develop their potential.She has been at VEMs for several years as a good teacher, and helps in developing the personal, social and emotional skills of children.

Science Teacher
She has bachelor’s degree and B.Ed in Chemistry. She is an experienced Science Teacher with over 7 years of experience in teaching a wide range of science courses .She is Skilled in developing engaging lesson plans and utilizes modern teaching techniques to ensure that students are motivated and engaged. She teaches with lot of examples and stories.. She is a very passionate teacher which reflects in her work also .
She has strong academic and professional qualifications. She has a deep passion for the subject, seeks to continually improve children’s knowledge, introduces topics simply while challenging students, and motivates students to learn and achieve. She knows how to effectively manage and teach a classroom of students engaged in different computer science activities.
As a KG teacher She continually monitor our students' safety and well-being. She develops a student-centered mindset by knowing about all the individual considerations ,each student’s need and tries to understand why a student is struggling .She is very patient to manage different learning paces of students. She shows genuine interest in her students and strives to help them grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
She is having Post Graduation in Hindi with B.ed. She has been teaching Hindi for the past 10 years. Throughout her 10 years of teaching experience, She has had to teach students of different age groups and mental levels. She even has experience in dealing with over-energetic students and even those who didn’t really enjoy studying.She is a very lovable teacher. She is very passionate about teaching and keeps on applying new methods of teaching.Her method is unique and absolutely efficient
